Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a well-established independent property consultancy looking to recruit a Valuation Surveyor or Senior Valuation Surveyor to join their growing North and East London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an MRICS Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer seeking a varied workload across both residential and commercial property. The role offers genuine autonomy, strong client exposure and the opportunity to work across a broad range of valuation instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake residential and commercial valuations for a variety of purposes including secured lending, taxation and advisory work.
- Carry out property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports.
- Advise private clients, lenders, businesses and professional advisers.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Assist with business development and the generation of new instructions.
- Ensure all work is delivered to a high professional and technical standard.
Person Specification
- MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.
- Experience undertaking residential, commercial or mixed-use valuations.
- Strong valuation and report-writing skills.
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of the North and East London market would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
