They are expanding our Valuation team and seeking an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to deliver high‑quality loan security valuations for a range of UK lenders. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio—including office, industrial/logistics, retail and mixed‑use assets—providing Red Book–compliant advice that directly supports secured lending decisions.

  • Managing the full instruction process—from inspection and analysis to modelling and reporting.
