Beach Baker is proud to partner with a highly respected and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their strategic expansion in the Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire regions.

🔍 Your Role Will Include:
- Managing valuation instructions from inception to completion
- Building and maintaining client relationships at mid to senior levels.
- Producing valuation reports in accordance with RICS standards.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the valuation space.
- Contributing to team revenue goals and supporting major project delivery.
- Continuously enhancing service quality, processes, and methodologies.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- MRICS-qualified Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a valuation role, ideally within a chartered surveying practice.
- Solid background in commercial property valuations.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, valuation standards, and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with Argus/KEL or similar software (training available).
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as needed.
