Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing independent valuation consultancy to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established and highly experienced team, delivering valuation services across both commercial and residential sectors, with a strong focus on secured lending work for a wide range of financial institutions and clients.

The Role

  • Undertake secured lending valuations across commercial and residential assets
  • Prepare high‑quality RICS Red Book‑compliant reports
  • Liaise with lenders, clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage a varied workload, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships

About You

  • MRICS / FRICS and Registered Valuer
  • Minimum 3 years PQE
  • Experience within loan security valuations
  • Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
  • Strong report writing and attention to detail
  • Professional, client‑focused approach
