The Role

• Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
• Deliver RICS-compliant valuations across commercial and mixed-use assets.
• Undertake inspections, due diligence and market analysis.
• Provide strategic advice to a growing client base.
• Drive business development activity in the Bristol and wider South West market.
• Support the growth of a broader general practice service offering.
• Build and maintain key client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the wider business.
• Mentor and support future hires as the team grows.

About You

• Circa 5+ years PQE within a private practice environment.
• Strong client-facing and business development capability.
• Ambition to take on greater responsibility and leadership.
• A desire to play a key role in growing a regional business.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth-focused attitude.
• Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
