Build something from the ground up, backed by one of the UK's most established property consultancies. Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a highly respected property consultancy as they embark on an exciting period of growth within their valuation business. This is a rare opportunity to join a developing team at an early stage and play a key role in shaping its future direction.

Whilst the valuation division is expanding, the business itself is far from a start-up. With a long track record and a reputation as one of the largest and most successful property consultancies, the foundations, infrastructure and client relationships are already firmly established. The business has demonstrated a genuine commitment to investment and growth in recent years and has ambitious plans for its valuation offering across the UK.

The Opportunity: Joining at this stage will give you the chance to help develop the business, build client relationships and influence its future growth strategy while benefiting from immediate access to high-quality valuation instructions. Unlike many traditional valuation roles, this position offers a broader commercial remit and the opportunity to generate additional income through business development activities.

Valuation Instructions: The team currently undertakes a broad range of valuation work including:

  • Retail
  • Offices
  • Industrial
  • Development Land
  • Mixed-Use Assets
  • Residential & HMOs

The business deliberately focuses on mainstream commercial and residential valuation work rather than specialist trading properties. Clients include major UK lenders and the valuation team comprises approximately 20 RICS Registered Valuers nationwide, supported by robust systems, administration and compliance processes.

Rewards & Benefits: Competitive basic salary dependent upon experience, attractive commission structure, existing team members currently earning between £10,000-£30,000+ per annum in bonus, strong administrative and operational support, active social calendar with regular company events, quarterly valuation meetings, national networking opportunities and team collaboration groups, ongoing investment in staff development and career progression.

About You: We are keen to speak with MRICS-qualified surveyors who have valuation experience and a desire to play a meaningful role within a growing and entrepreneurial business. Whether you are currently operating at Associate Director or Director level, you will be commercially minded, client-focused and excited by the opportunity to influence and grow a business rather than simply being another number within a large corporate structure.
