A highly successful UK property consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit an experienced Senior Associate Director‑level Property Management Surveyor to join its established Bristol office. This is a senior opportunity to take ownership of a high‑quality, income‑producing commercial (retail shopping centres and retail parks) property portfolio, with exposure to institutional‑grade clients and responsibility for client relationships, team leadership, and service delivery.
The role offers a broad and influential remit within a collaborative commercial property team, managing assets across retail, leisure, office, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in both client servicing and team development, with strong scope for progression.

- Advising clients on value enhancement initiatives, asset strategies, and lease events
- Supporting clients with acquisitions, disposals, and tenant applications (assignments, subletting, alterations)
- Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell wider professional services
- Significant experience in commercial property management
- Strong exposure to retail and leisure portfolios alongside wider commercial assets
- Proven ability to manage senior client relationships with confidence and gravitas
- Experience leading or mentoring teams
- A proactive, commercially minded, and solutions‑focused approach
- Excellent communication, organisation, and client‑management skills
