Beach Baker is instructed on a confidential opportunity with a well‑established and highly regarded property consultancy, operating across the South West and wider UK. This is a senior, client-facing role offering responsibility for the proactive management of a diverse portfolio of commercial investment property, including office, industrial and retail assets. The role combines hands-on property management with strong client relationship management and commercial awareness.
The Role
- Managing a portfolio of commercial investment properties across the South West and UK
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Carrying out property inspections and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Preparing and reconciling service charge budgets
- Ensuring statutory compliance and landlord obligations are met
- Overseeing buildings insurance and associated claims
- Supporting management company administration
- Working collaboratively with FM, accounting and wider consultancy teams
- Mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to business development and service improvement initiatives
About You
- Proven experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of service charge, compliance and landlord obligations
- Confident, professional and commercially minded
- Excellent organisational and client-handling skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- RICS qualified or working towards (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
