Are you a motivated Graduate Surveyor looking to kick‑start your career with a leading property consultancy? Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an exciting opportunity for an ambitious graduate to join a highly respected firm in Bristol.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic chance to start your career within a structured, supportive, and high‑performing team. You will spend your first 12 months in the Valuation department, gaining hands‑on experience, before rotating into other areas of the business to broaden your commercial real estate exposure. This role is ideal for someone who wants exceptional APC support, real responsibility from day one, and a clear pathway to becoming a Chartered Surveyor.
What We’re Looking For
- RICS‑accredited degree in Real Estate (1st or 2:1 preferred)
- Strong desire to undertake the APC
- Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
- Confident with IT and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in commercial real estate (internships, placements or graduate roles) is highly advantageous
