Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading global property consultancy to appoint an Associate‑level RICS Registered Valuer to join their expanding commercial fund valuation team in Bristol. The role has a clear emphasis on fund and portfolio valuations, alongside complementary commercial valuation instructions.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact for clients, delivering consistently high‑quality fund and portfolio valuation advice
- Produce Red Book‑compliant valuations, with a primary focus on fund and portfolio valuations
- Inspect properties, analyse market comparables, and undertake detailed valuation modelling
- Prepare clear, robust valuation reports and present findings directly to institutional and fund clients
- Support workflow planning, internal QA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and complementary service lines, including capital markets and asset management teams
- Contribute to business development activity, including fund mandates, bids, proposals, and RFPs
- Mentor junior colleagues and support their technical and professional development
- Ensure compliance with internal risk, regulatory, and professional standards
Qualifications
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related property discipline
- MRICS (ideally 4+ years PQE) with RICS Registered Valuer status
- Demonstrable experience in commercial and fund/portfolio valuations
- Strong understanding of valuation standards, methodologies, and market drivers
- Proficient in ARGUS Enterprise / Developer and Excel
- Strong analytical ability with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent client‑facing skills
- Highly organised and comfortable managing a busy, deadline‑driven workload
- Able to work both independently and as part of a wider national team
- Full UK driving licence
