This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of an established building surveying service line and workload, while playing a key part in shaping and expanding the building consultancy offering.
- Deliver a broad range of building surveying services, including Dilapidations, Schedules of condition and Project management
- Build and develop new client relationships, supported by an established professional network
- Contribute to the growth and integration of building consultancy services within the wider business
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or equivalent preferred)
- Currently operating at Associate Director or Director level (or ready to step up)
- Strong experience across core professional building surveying services
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a service line
- Immediate workload – inherit a strong, established pipeline of fees
- Autonomy – operate independently with direct support from senior leadership
