A highly successful medium-size Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor at Associate Director level within their expanding Bristol office.
Role Features
- Office based in the City Centre.
- Joining a small Building Surveying team of 2 people in Bristol (Beach Baker placed the hiring manager) and part of a national team of 20.
- Dealing with a full range instructions on a variety of commercial properties (no public sector work).
- Workload is a mix of professional and project based instructions.
- Very non-corporate culture and strong company values (people focused company).
