Beach Baker is exclusively partnering with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary property consultancy to recruit an Associate, or Partner for their expanding Development team in Bristol. This is a rare opportunity for a commercially astute and strategically minded surveyor to step into a leadership role at a pivotal time of regional growth. You'll work on a wide range of residential, mixed-use, and strategic land projects, helping shape the built environment across the South West.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the acquisition and disposal of development land (immediate and strategic).
- Advise clients on planning, delivery, and value-maximisation strategies.
- Produce detailed appraisals and viability assessments using Argus Developer (or similar).
- Negotiate complex agreements including promotion, option, JV, and conditional contracts.
- Support major residential-led and mixed-use schemes in collaboration with planning colleagues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS-qualified with significant post-qualification experience in development consultancy.
- Proven track record in land agency, appraisals, and strategic development advice.
- Proficient in financial modelling tools such as Argus Developer.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ambitious, collaborative, and ready to step into a leadership role.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the South West.
