Having successfully placed a number of interim valuation consultants with the business over recent years, Beach Baker is delighted to be continuing its partnership with one of the leading independent valuation practices. Operating across England and Wales, our client has built a very good reputation for delivering high-quality residential, commercial and development valuations. Renowned for their professionalism, responsiveness and technical expertise, they have established long-standing relationships with a wide range of lenders, brokers and financial institutions, particularly within the bridging, development finance and secured lending sectors.

As demand for their services continues to grow, we are looking to speak with experienced RICS Registered Valuers interested in joining their expanding national network.

The Opportunity

This role offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to manage your own workload while benefiting from a steady stream of instructions and comprehensive back-office support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking valuation instructions within approximately 40 miles of your home location
  • Carrying out residential, commercial and development valuations
  • Delivering reports within agreed service levels:
    • Residential valuations: 2 working days from inspection
    • Commercial and development valuations: 4 working days from inspection
  • Managing your own diary and availability
  • Selecting the instructions you wish to undertake

Remuneration

The business offers a transparent and highly competitive fee-sharing arrangement:

  • 50% of the net fee received from the client
  • Minimum fee guarantee of £150 per instruction
  • Clearly defined fee scales with prompt payment processes

About You

To be considered, you will possess:

  • MRICS qualification and RICS Registered Valuer status
  • A minimum of five years' post-qualification valuation experience
  • Proven experience producing high-quality valuation reports
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently while managing service-level commitments
