The Opportunity

In this senior leadership role, you\’ll head up the Agency & Investment team-advising landlords, developers, and investors on high-value transactions throughout Bristol and the wider South West.

You\’ll drive business development, originate deals, and provide strategic market advice while overseeing key client relationships. You\’ll also work cross-functionally with other service lines including valuation, development, and property management to offer an integrated service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on disposals and acquisitions across the office and industrial sectors.
• Manage investment instructions for institutional and private clients.
• Identify and develop new opportunities to grow the firm\’s client base.
• Provide strategic market insight to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal teams to cross-sell and drive revenue growth.
• Mentor junior team members and support wider business leadership.

Who We\’re Looking For

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of 10 years\’ PQE in office, industrial, or investment agency.
• Strong market presence or client following-or the ambition and credibility to build one.
• Proven track record in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management.
• A natural leader with commercial acumen, vision, and collaborative working style.
• Tenacious, strategic, and highly motivated to grow a business unit and deliver client value.
