- Corporate Acquisitions - Helping shareholders sell all or part of their shareholding in private limited companies where no secondary market exists. They make cash offers based on business asset value.
- Land Division - Purchasing farms and commercial land across the UK. They work closely with landowners to support retirement and exit strategies.
- Business Exit Solutions - Delivering customised strategies for business owners to ensure smooth and successful transitions.
What does this role involve:
- Engage with shareholders to structure fair acquisition deals.
- Assess business asset values and negotiate offers.
- Source and evaluate farms and commercial land.
- Build relationships with landowners and manage acquisition processes.
- Design tailored exit strategies for business owners.
- Provide expert advice and support throughout the transition process.
