What You'll Be Doing
- Day-to-day management of a mixed commercial property portfolio
- Preparing service charge budgets and handling reconciliations
- Managing rent collection, arrears and lease events
- Carrying out property inspections and keeping everything compliant
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned/reactive maintenance
- Spotting and delivering asset management opportunities
- Building solid relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders
- Producing clear, accurate reports
- Supporting and helping develop junior members of the team
What They're Looking For
- Ideally MRICS qualified with solid commercial property management experience
- Open to level from Surveyor to Associate Partner or above
- Confident communicator, good with clients
- Organised, commercially minded and able to work proactively
- Someone ambitious who wants to grow with the team
- Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
Salary: £50,000 - £70,000
Full-time, Monday-Friday
Flexible/agile working available
