They are now seeking a Valuation Surveyor with strong Local Authority experience and exposure to valuing a broad variety of asset classes. This role would suit someone who is confident working across a mixed portfolio and who enjoys delivering robust, well‑reasoned valuations. RICS qualification is essential.
