What You’ll Be Doing
- Advising clients on lease renewals, rent reviews and re-gears
- Negotiating on behalf of occupiers, landlords and investors
- Preparing valuation reports, expert witness documents and professional advice
- Conducting inspections and analysing key market data
- Managing your own caseload with autonomy while working closely with senior specialists
- Building trusted relationships with clients across sectors such as retail, industrial, offices, charities and public sector
- Contributing to business development and supporting the wider consultancy offering
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiation, client interaction and delivering high‑quality professional advice.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years' post‑qualification experience (MRICS preferred but not essential)
- Experience in lease consultancy, landlord & tenant, valuation or related advisory work
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple instructions and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- A desire to grow within a supportive and reputable team
