My West Midlands based client is seeking an Estates Surveyor to join their Solihull team and play a key role in delivering estates policies and strategy. In this role, you will help shape the growth of their estate, ensure it aligns with wider business objectives and build lasting relationships with partners, customers and communities. You will be part of a collaborative team driving innovation in mobile connectivity, with the opportunity to make a real impact.
What you will do:
- Manage a caseload of estates transactions, negotiating best value and preparing robust business cases.
- Oversee property management nationally, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks and maintaining safe, operational sites.
- Support customer rollout by advising on property agreements and securing landlord consents.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
What we are looking for:
- RICS Chartered Surveyor
- Strong estates / property management background with proven negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of telecoms property markets and the Electronic Communications Code.
- Organised, commercially astute and confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
