About the Role
We are working with a leading organisation seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage a unique estate comprising over 6,000 acres. As an Estate Manager, you will take ownership of both the strategic and operational management of the estate, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks while driving performance and innovation. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated Farm and Estates team.
- Oversee the strategic management of the estate and its tenancies.
- Take full responsibility for the service budget and financial performance.
- Negotiate rental values and manage land/property acquisitions and disposals.
- Build strong partnerships with public, private, and commercial organisations at local, regional, and national levels.

About You

- A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
