Beach Baker is pleased to be partnered with a leading UK commercial property management specialist to recruit a Senior Property Management Surveyor to join their high‑performing London team.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to take on a key position overseeing the day‑to‑day management of a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial and retail assets. You'll be the central point of contact for both institutional clients and occupiers, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional, proactive and compliant property management service.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, service‑led property management offering across a multi‑asset portfolio
- Build strong relationships with clients and tenants, acting as their primary operational contact
- Prepare detailed quarterly, annual and ad‑hoc client reports
- Oversee rent collection, arrears management and tenant indebtedness
- Manage and review service charge budgets and expenditure
- Ensure full statutory and health & safety compliance across all managed assets
- Supervise onsite teams, property managers and graduates
- Oversee common services provision and contractor performance
- Carry out regular property inspections and ensure lease obligations are met
- Handle tenant applications for assignments, sublets and alterations
- Support clients with acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Promote wider consultancy services including ESG, sustainability, building surveying and placemaking initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Experience in commercial property management, ideally with institutional clients
- MRICS preferred, but strong senior‑level experience will also be considered
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to build credibility quickly
- Proactive, practical and solutions‑focused approach
- Strong financial and reporting ability, particularly around income and service charge management
- Ability to mentor and support early‑career surveyors and apprentices
