Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a leading global property consultancy to recruit an Associate‑level RICS Registered Valuer for their expanding commercial valuation team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high‑performing valuation business with an established client base, strong leadership, and a diverse pipeline of work across the region and nationally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain close liaison with clients, ensuring consistently high‑quality valuation advice.
- Produce Red Book–compliant valuations for loan security, financial reporting, accounting and fund reporting.
- Inspect properties, select appropriate comparables, carry out detailed analysis and present valuation conclusions.
- Prepare high‑quality valuation reports and deliver advice directly to clients.
- Contribute to workflow planning, internal processes and team quality control.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple UK offices and related service lines.
- Share relevant market intelligence and team members with value‑add tasks.
- Support business development activities, including pitches, proposals and RFP responses.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development.
- Ensure compliance with internal quality, risk and regulatory requirements.
Person Specification:
- Degree in Real Estate, Surveying or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent) with ideally 4 years+ post‑qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, property markets and relevant standards.
- Proficient with valuation software (e.g. ARGUS Enterprise/Developer) and Excel.
- Comfortable using data and reporting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual instructions independently.
- Highly organised, able to prioritise, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Full UK driving licence.
