This long-standing General Practice firm has built an outstanding reputation across the region and continues to enjoy long-standing relationships with a loyal client base. Following the retirement of a long-serving member of staff, they are now seeking an experienced surveyor to join their close-knit team.

This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who enjoys a varied workload and is looking to move away from the pressures often associated with larger, more corporate firms.

General Practice Surveyor / Registered Valuer

Walsall

50,000- 60,000 plus benefits

The Role

Working closely with an experienced Director, you will undertake a mix of:

  • Commercial valuations
  • Professional surveying work
  • Commercial agency instructions
  • Client relationship management
  • Property inspections and reporting

The workload is generated largely through existing relationships and repeat business, meaning there is no significant business development expectation. The role offers a genuine opportunity to focus on delivering high-quality professional advice rather than chasing targets.

About You

We are keen to speak with chartered surveyors who are:

  • MRICS qualified
  • Ideally a Registered Valuer
  • Experienced in professional and valuation work
  • Comfortable managing their own workload
