The Role
You\’ll deliver high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, while also supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct RICS-compliant property inspections and valuation reports
- Advise across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors
- Build strong client relationships and deliver timely, accurate advice

- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes
What We\’re Looking For
- RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations
- Strong analytical and report writing skills

- Full UK driving licence
