The Role
You’ll deliver high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets, while also supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as rent reviews and lease renewals. The role offers flexibility to shape your responsibilities based on your experience and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct RICS-compliant property inspections and valuation reports
- Advise across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors
- Build strong client relationships and deliver timely, accurate advice
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team culture
- Identify new business opportunities and support client development
- Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes
What We’re Looking For
- RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer
- Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
