The Opportunity You\'ll be involved in delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio, including commercial and residential properties. The role also includes supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals. You\'ll work closely with a supportive team and have the chance to shape your role based on your experience and ambitions. Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports. Provide valuation advice across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely and accurate advice. Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Identify new business opportunities and assist in client development. Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes. Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices. What We\'re Looking For RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer. Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations. Strong report writing and analytical skills.
