Role: Valuations Surveyor (Mixed Commercial and Residential Assets)
Level: Surveyor to Associate Director
Location: Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester, Birmingham, Oxfordshire, Bristol
Salary: £30,000- £70,000 basic plus performance bonus and package

The Opportunity
You\’ll be involved in delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio, including commercial and residential properties. The role also includes supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals. You\’ll work closely with a supportive team and have the chance to shape your role based on your experience and ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports.
- Provide valuation advice across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely and accurate advice.
- Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in client development.
- Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices.
What We\’re Looking For
- RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
- A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
