Role: Valuations Surveyor (Mixed Commercial and Residential Assets)

Location: Newcastle, Leeds and Manchester, Birmingham, Oxfordshire, Bristol

Salary: £30,000- £70,000 basic plus performance bonus and package

The Opportunity

You\’ll be involved in delivering high-quality valuation services across a diverse portfolio, including commercial and residential properties. The role also includes supporting Landlord & Tenant matters such as Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals. You\’ll work closely with a supportive team and have the chance to shape your role based on your experience and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections and prepare RICS-compliant valuation reports.
• Provide valuation advice across retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering timely and accurate advice.
• Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Identify new business opportunities and assist in client development.
• Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with RICS standards and best practices.

What We\’re Looking For

• RICS qualified and a Registered Valuer.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial valuations.
• Strong report writing and analytical skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.
• A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A valid driving licence and willingness to travel.
