Beach Baker is delighted to be working in partnership with a growing independent valuation consultancy to recruit a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as part of their continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly experienced team, delivering valuation services across both commercial and residential sectors, with a strong focus on secured lending work for a wide range of financial institutions and clients.

The Role:
- Undertake secured lending valuations across commercial and residential assets
- Prepare high-quality RICS Red Book-compliant reports
- Liaise with lenders, clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage a varied workload, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
About You:
- MRICS / FRICS and Registered Valuer
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Experience within loan security valuations
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of autonomy
- Strong report writing and attention to detail
- Professional, client-focused approach
