Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading global property consultancy to recruit a Healthcare Valuation Surveyor as part of the continued growth of their specialist Healthcare team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded national team, specialising in the valuation of trading assets within the healthcare sector, a market that continues to grow in scale and importance.

The Role:
- Deliver valuation and advisory services across a range of healthcare assets
- Develop expertise in trading valuations, including care homes and specialist healthcare facilities
- Undertake inspections, research and report writing in line with RICS standards
- Support senior colleagues on complex instructions and portfolio work
- Contribute to business development and client engagement activities
- Build strong market knowledge within this specialist sector
About You:
- Ideally MRICS qualified, or working towards qualification (minimum ~18 months APC experience considered)
- Background in valuation, agency or related general practice discipline
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- Interest in developing a specialism within healthcare property
- Confident communicator with good client-facing ability
- Full UK driving licence
