Beach Baker is delighted to partner with a dynamic and forward-thinking property consultancy to recruit a Senior Surveyor or Associate-level RICS Registered Valuer for their growing valuation team in Bristol. We are seeking an ambitious and proactive individual to help drive the expansion of the commercial valuations business, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to the team's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality valuations for loan security, tax and financial reporting, and internal decision-making.
- Conduct inspections, measure areas, perform detailed research, and prepare professional valuation reports in line with RICS Valuation Standards.
- Identify new business opportunities within the commercial valuation sector.
- Support the delivery of major projects and client reports.
- Contribute to the development of efficient internal systems and processes.

Skills & Qualifications:
- MRICS qualification with post-qualification experience.
- RICS Registered Valuer accreditation.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ARGUS software.
- Full UK driving license.
