Due to a significant increase in instructions from high street lenders and existing clients, there is a strong pipeline of valuation work available from day one.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced valuer looking for greater autonomy, varied work and a genuine long-term career with a respected South West practice.
The Role
You will undertake a broad range of valuation instructions across Devon and the wider South West, including:
- Loan security valuations for major lenders
- Commercial, residential and development property
- Pension fund and private client valuations
- Property inspections and Red Book reporting
- Building and developing client relationships
About You
- MRICS or FRICS qualification
- RICS Registered Valuer status
- Red Book valuation experience
- Strong commercial and report-writing skills
- A client-focused and proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
