A highly reputable property consultancy is seeking to appoint an additional Property Management Surveyor following a significant increase in instructions from several key clients. Sitting within the wider Property & Asset Management team, this role offers a broad mix of hands‑on management responsibilities alongside regular client interaction. We are looking for either a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with 1-2 years' post‑qualification experience, or an experienced commercial property management professional who can demonstrate strong, relevant sector expertise.
Role Overview
You will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial properties, delivering a full range of day‑to‑day management services. Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing service charge budgets and expenditure reports
- Conducting inspections, lease audits and assisting with rent reviews
- Liaising regularly with both landlords and tenants
- Working closely with onsite Facilities Managers
- Overseeing tender processes, maintenance contracts and minor repair works
- Representing a number of high‑profile clients, including pension funds and financial institutions, ensuring strategic goals are achieved
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious surveyor with strong communication skills to take ownership of key client accounts and manage a series of prominent commercial assets.
About You
- Experience in commercial property management, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Confident, professional, and capable of building strong client relationships
