What You’ll Be Doing
- Valuation Process Management: Manage valuation instructions from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency. Leverage tools like Argus valuation software to deliver high-quality appraisals.

What We’re Looking For
- RICS-qualified surveyor with experience in commercial property valuation.
- Proficient in valuation software such as Argus, and skilled with Microsoft Office tools like Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial and reporting valuation purposes.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring the highest standards in data gathering and reporting.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Client-focused, with a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
