Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced Commercial Property professional at Senior Surveyor level to join a growing regional team.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to take responsibility for a varied commercial portfolio while playing an important role in the continued development of the property management and asset management function. This position offers progression, exposure to high-quality clients, and the opportunity to take on increased responsibility within the team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day operation of a mixed commercial property portfolio
- Preparing and overseeing service charge budgets and reconciliations
- Managing rent collection, arrears, lease events and landlord/tenant matters
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring full compliance
- Coordinating contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
- Assisting with asset management initiatives
- Building strong relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders
- Producing clear, high-quality reporting
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members as required
What They're Looking For
- MRICS Qualified (or working toward qualification)
- Experience operating at Senior Surveyor or similar level
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Commercially minded, organised and proactive
- Ambitious individual keen to develop and progress
- Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
