Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a highly regarded Commercial Property and Asset Management team.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key client portfolio while supporting the continued growth of a well-established and highly regarded consultancy. The role offers a blend of hands-on property management responsibilities alongside the opportunity to support asset management initiatives and build strong client relationships across the wider Home Counties and London market.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the day-to-day running of a commercial property portfolio
- Overseeing rent collection and proactively managing arrears
- Assisting with service charge budgets, reconciliations and invoicing
- Administering property insurance processes and apportionments
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring compliance
- Managing lease events including rent reviews and renewals
- Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors and tenants
- Identifying and implementing asset management opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What They're Looking For
- MRICS qualified with post-qualification experience
- Proven background in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters and relevant legislation
- Confident communicator with strong client-facing ability
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Ability to build relationships and contribute to business growth
- Full UK driving licence (regular regional travel required)
Package & Details
- Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (depending on experience)
- Comprehensive benefits package including flexible benefits options
- Full-time, Monday-Friday
