Chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor – Team Lead
Location – Nottingham
Are you a driven and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on exciting construction projects? We\’re working with a forward-thinking consultancy in Nottingham that\’s growing fast-and they\’re looking for someone like you to join their dynamic team.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Leading a range of high-value construction projects across diverse sectors
- Managing and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and design teams
- Delivering QS/PM services from feasibility to final account
- Representing the business at networking events and identifying new opportunities
- Acting as Employer\’s Agent on D&B projects
- Ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables
What We\’re Looking For:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or related field
- MRICS qualified (or committed to achieving chartered status within 3 years)
- Minimum 3 years\’ consultancy experience running your own projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in measurement (CostX experience a plus)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
