The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Cost Manager or Associate Director to lead and deliver cost consultancy services across a diverse range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, High-Tech Industrial, and Logistics/Warehousing. These projects typically range from £60 million GDV and upwards, offering the opportunity to work on some of the most exciting and transformative developments in the UK.
This is a strategic role for a commercially astute and client-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cost management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Deliver accurate cost planning, procurement advice, and contract administration.
- Manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff.

- Ensure quality and consistency across all deliverables.
About You
- MRICS qualified with a proven track record in cost consultancy.
- Experience across one or more of the following sectors: Health, Education, Industrial, or Warehousing would be preferred.
