The Role:
As part of our client\βs expanding Rural Department, you\βll be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Orchestrating Estate and Property Management initiatives
- Spearheading Diversification and Planning endeavours
- Conducting Valuations, Taxation, and Succession planning consultations
- Nurturing Landlord and Tenant relationships
- Advising clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
- Facilitating Land and Property Transactions with finesse
- Championing Renewable Energy ventures
Key Requirements:
Are you ready to take the reins? Here\βs what we\βre looking for in an ideal candidate:
- RICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE (ideally)
- Preference for Registered Valuer and FAAV accreditation, though not mandatory
- A knack for navigating commercial landscapes and achieving business targets

- Proficiency in web-based case management systems
- Proactive, adaptable, and a consummate team player
