The Team
You will join a team of highly skilled rural surveyors providing in-depth consultancy services to a variety of agricultural businesses in a region renowned for its fertile soils and horticultural prominence. With a collaborative approach at the core of the business, you will work alongside experts in planning, development, valuation, and commercial property, creating an environment conducive to high-level problem-solving and professional growth.

Your Role
In this senior role, you will have the autonomy to guide and influence a diverse range of rural projects, with opportunities to specialise in areas of personal interest. The firm\’s offerings include:

As a Rural Partner you\’ll be responsible for managing and delivering high-quality consultancy work, playing a central role in shaping the firm\’s rural strategy. You will be trusted to lead projects, build client relationships, and oversee complex negotiations, while also having the flexibility to focus on the areas that excite you most.

About You
We\’re seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in rural surveying, particularly in the following areas:

  • Full membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV)
  • Extensive experience in land management, asset management, and rural consultancy
  • Solid knowledge of environmental issues, conservation, sustainable development, and regenerative farming practices
  • Expertise in resolving complex legal and surveying challenges, with a demonstrated ability to influence key decisions and lead negotiations
  • A strategic, forward-thinking mindset, with a passion for sustainable land management and conservation
  • Strong leadership abilities, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and mentor junior team members
