Residential Development Valuation Surveyor

My client is a leading, progressive commercial real estate consultancy with offices across the UK and Ireland. One of the core services is valuations, where the team of experts helps clients clearly understand the true value of their assets.

Clients include a wide range of lenders-high street banks, private banks, insurance companies, and challenger banks.

This Opportunity:

The London office is currently looking for a Valuation Surveyor. This role calls for an RICS-registered valuer with experience in loan security work.

This position offers a unique chance to work with a diverse client base, from property developers and investors to large corporate businesses, providing a wide range of interesting and dynamic experiences.

Ideal candidates for this role include:

  • RICS-registered valuers with a focus on loan security
  • With some exposure in Residential Development Valuation advisory work

Working in our valuation team is diverse and rewarding, with real impact on clients\’ businesses.

  • Loan Security: Offering lenders a comprehensive, independent report on the market and rental value of properties or entire portfolios.
  • Alternative Valuations: Conducting valuations for loan security, portfolio valuations, financial reporting, disposal, acquisition, compensation, property litigation, and taxation.
  • Company Accounts Valuation: Providing clients with a detailed, accurate report on the value of their property assets.
  • Diminution in Value: Delivering independent advice on valuation in disputes related to dilapidation, or claims of negligence in conveyancing.
  • Fund Valuation: Supplying asset management companies and investment trusts with essential data on their property holdings.
