The Role
You'll be joining an established and highly regarded Property Management team, supporting the management of a diverse commercial portfolio while building strong relationships with clients, occupiers, asset managers, and key stakeholders.
This is a broad role offering exposure to all aspects of commercial property management, providing an excellent platform to develop both your technical and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant matters across a commercial portfolio
- Supporting asset managers and clients with property performance and strategic initiatives
- Reviewing occupier applications including licences to alter, assignments and underlettings
- Monitoring lease compliance and resolving property management issues
- Preparing client reports and attending client meetings
- Assisting with service charge budgets, reconciliations and financial reporting
- Managing arrears processes alongside finance and credit control teams
- Undertaking regular property inspections
- Supporting ESG and sustainability projects across managed assets
- Coordinating suppliers, consultants and contractors
- Assisting with major works and capital projects
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and property transitions
- Managing insurance matters and claims administration
- Overseeing vacant properties and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- Developing occupier relationships and enhancing customer experience initiatives
About You
- Commercial property management experience
- A good understanding of landlord and tenant legislation
- Experience working with service charges and property finances
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- MRICS qualification or active APC progression (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and a desire to continue developing professionally
