Senior Surveyor - Commercial Property Management

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Beach Baker is working with a leading property consultancy that is continuing to grow its Commercial Property Management team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced property management professional looking to take ownership of a high-quality commercial portfolio while developing strong client relationships and progressing their career within a well-established business.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a diverse commercial property portfolio on behalf of institutional and professional clients, delivering a proactive and client-focused service.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio.
- Building and maintaining strong client and occupier relationships.
- Undertaking regular property inspections and preparing reports.
- Managing rent collection and arrears monitoring.
- Overseeing service charge budgets and associated expenditure.
- Coordinating contractors and ensuring compliance obligations are met.
- Handling landlord and tenant matters, including licences and lease-related queries.
- Supporting lease renewals, rent reviews and wider asset management initiatives.
- Working closely with clients to identify opportunities to enhance asset performance.
- Delivering a proactive and professional service across the portfolio.
About You
- Experience within commercial property management.
- MRICS qualified or working towards chartership.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
- Experience managing service charges and multi-let commercial assets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organised, proactive and commercially aware.
- Comfortable working within a collaborative team environment.
