Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London.

Client Side Role Key responsibilities include:

  • Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio.
  • Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears.
  • Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs.
  • Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations.
  • Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents.
  • Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
  • Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • MRICS Qualified (Ideally 5+ years).
  • Previous experience in commercial property management.
  • Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law and service charge management.
  • Ability to challenge and drive the business forward.
  • A full UK driving licence is preferred.
