Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a leading retail and logistics company to recruit a Senior Estates Manager for their team based in South London.
Client Side Role Key responsibilities include:
- Take ownership of all landlord and tenant matters across the retail and warehouse portfolio.
- Drive negotiations for lease renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, and re-gears.
- Ensure lease agreements align with business objectives and operational needs.
- Analyse and challenge service charge budgets and reconciliations.
- Oversee the instruction of solicitors and agents.
- Monitor maintenance and facilities performance through internal teams and external contractors.
- Track supplier KPIs and cost trends, identifying opportunities for efficiency and value improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- MRICS Qualified (Ideally 5+ years).
- Previous experience in commercial property management.
- Strong understanding of Landlord & Tenant law and service charge management.
- Ability to challenge and drive the business forward.
- A full UK driving licence is preferred.
