The Role: As part of our client's expanding Rural Department, you'll be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Orchestrating Estate and Property Management initiatives
  • Spearheading Diversification and Planning endeavours
  • Conducting Valuations, Taxation, and Succession planning consultations
  • Nurturing Landlord and Tenant relationships
  • Advising clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
  • Facilitating Land and Property Transactions with finesse
  • Championing Renewable Energy ventures

Key Requirements: Are you ready to take the reins? Here’s what we’re looking for in an ideal candidate:

  • RICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE (ideally)
  • Preference for Registered Valuer and FAAV accreditation, though not mandatory
  • A knack for navigating commercial landscapes and achieving business targets

  • Proficiency in web-based case management systems
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a consummate team player
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
