About the Role
As an Estate Manager you'll take ownership of both the strategic and operational management of the estate, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks while driving performance and innovation. You'll lead a high-performing team that generates significant income and delivers real impact for the rural community. This role offers a mix of on-site estate work, office collaboration, and flexibility to work from home when business needs allow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a dedicated Farm and Estates team.
