A highly successful Property Consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor within their expanding Bristol office.
Role features:
- Office based in the City Centre.
- Part of a Building Surveying team of 16 people (all based in Bristol).
- Dealing with a full range of instructions on a variety of commercial properties (very little public sector work).
- Workload is generally split 60% projects/CA and 40% surveys.
- Contract work typically ranges between £500k to £10m.
Responsibilities:
- Work within one of the largest Building Surveying teams in the region, receiving support from a strong network of colleagues.
- Manage a varied workload including project/contract administration and surveys, with a focus on delivering high-quality work for primarily private sector clients (e.g., pension funds).
- Lead or contribute to high-level projects that positively impact the local area.
Team and Work Environment:
- Fantastic office location with easy access to local amenities including Temple Meads Train Station, Cabot Circus and Harbourside.
- Facilities include modern shower and cycle amenities.
