What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll act as a trusted expert across the full spectrum of lease advisory services, including:
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Lease regears
- Dispute resolution
- Sale & leaseback advice
- Rental valuations
- Third-party referrals (Independent Experts & Arbitrators)
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience within Commercial Lease Advisory
- MRICS or FRICS qualification
- A proactive, confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
