A well-established and respected rural property consultancy is seeking a MRICS-qualified Rural Surveyor to join its Oxfordshire office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys a varied workload and is looking to grow within a dynamic and supportive team.
The firm has a long-standing reputation for excellence in rural land agency, estate management, and agricultural consultancy. With deep roots in the farming and rural community, the team offers a broad range of services including valuations, lettings and sales, planning and development, and infrastructure support.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with private and corporate clients
- Deliver expert advice on agricultural tenancies, land use, and rural property matters
- Conduct detailed valuations and prepare clear, accurate reports
- Advise on compulsory purchase, utilities, and compensation
- Support clients with rural planning and development projects
- Assist in the delivery of infrastructure schemes
- Contribute to farm agency and land transactions
- MRICS qualified
- CAAV membership (desirable but not essential)
- 2-4 years post-qualification experience in rural surveying
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Full UK driving licence
- 25 days annual leave (rising to 28 days with service)
