- Work within a national Building Consultancy team of 28, supported by a strong professional network.
- Bristol office established for 7 years, employing 20 staff including project managers, quantity surveyors, and support staff.

Who We're Looking For
- Experienced Associate Director or Senior Surveyor ready for the next career step.
- Proven ability in client relationship management and fee generation.
- Strong knowledge of the South West market (though relocation candidates will be considered).
